Country Patè with Dijon-Apricot Chutney
paired with our Monterey Riesling
Ingredients
1 piece Country Patè (Ledson Marketplace)
½ cup Tulocay’s Apricot Rosemary grilling glaze
¼ cup apricot preserves
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped chives
Directions
Mix together glaze, preserves, dijon and chives. Cut patè into bite-size pieces and drizzle chutney over patè. Place on crackers or crostini for passed hors d’ouevres.
