Bacon Wrapped Scallops
paired with our Knights Valley Merlot

Ingredients
½ lb. bacon, sliced very thin
1 lb. fresh scallops
skewers

Directions
Wrap scallops with bacon. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a 500 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and insert skewer. Eat like a lollipop.
