Dear Friends,
Can you believe Valentine's Day is almost here again? Well this one needs to be very special for Amy and me, as we were just married in July and
even though I always want to do something special for my sweetheart, this one won't be forgotten; so I really need to sweep her off of her feet
this time.
Well, here is what I'm planning, does this sound like something you and your sweetheart would enjoy?
As we pull through the tall arched gates and gaze up the quarter mile of lighted drive to the French Normandy style castle, its steep
roof peaks appear to be reaching for the stars. While taking the slowest drive of our lives up the winding road through the
estate vineyards, there right in front of us, is the most beautiful scene anyone could imagine, like right out of the movie The Great Gatsby;
dreamlike and classy. I picture myself gazing into Amy's eyes and smiling in anticipation of what awaits us inside the massive walls of
this magnificent castle. "Amy, isn't this the most beautiful setting you have ever seen? Boy, am I going to be so proud to walk through
those doors with you tonight. You look so beautiful." As we pull under the towering brick arches of the porte-cochere, two handsome,
distinguished gentlemen open our car doors and escort us through the massive gothic entrance that leads to the foyer.
We find ourselves drawn to the sweeping Gone with the Wind staircase, I turn and pin a deep red rose to my beautiful wife's gown and
follow with a slow, meaningful kiss. Bathed in warm light and roses, the staircase beckons us to take a picture you will never forget.
Aphrodisiac hors d'oeuvres and love-inspired wines such as "Bellisimo," meaning, Most Beautiful and "Mes Trois Amours," meaning, My Three Loves,
allure us into the most romantic night we could hope for.
As we touch and tease, we sip our wine and indulge in the seductive appetizers and mingle with our guests while the chef prepares a mouth-watering
"Flirtatious Feast."
Once the wine and delectable aphrodisiacs warm our senses, we will be escorted to the dining area surrounded by
flowing lace, roses and flickering candle light. We will enjoy one of the most memorable pairings of foods and wines anyone could
imagine that will tantalize our taste buds throughout the evening. Each course adds to the elegant romance, including a decadent
dessert that we passionately share with one another. I gently clasp my lovely wife's hand enticing her to cling to me as we slowly
move across the dance floor to your favorite love songs. Gazing into each other's eyes with love and passion, song after song, this
romantic evening will build and reassure your loving relationship for years to come.
I would truly enjoy having you and your Valentine join Amy and me at the Castle for a memorable evening filled with love inside and out.
